Q. What type of change do you feel on the day you perform Yoga practice?
A. Even when you're not working, it can be daunting to think about your work or to touch media such as the internet or TV, but morning yoga time is freed from these stimuli. I am. Such time is a precious time like no other in the day.
Q. What type of change do you feel in general after one month of Yoga practice?
A. The biggest change I felt in the first month was that I was able to continue the Kapalbhati for more than 10 minutes without a break. I've been doing yoga in the morning for months, but yesterday I was able to do it 100 times, so today I'm going to do it 120 times. I think that is the biggest reason.
Q. What was your image of Yoga before and now?
A. Before I started in April last year, I was convinced that yoga "can't be done unless you have a soft body because you take difficult poses." Most of the yoga featured on TV was like that. Now that I know that I can do what I can to suit each person's body, feelings, and goals, I can practice it every day without overdoing it. Also, at the beginning, I felt like I had to do yoga, but recently I have been able to participate with a very comfortable feeling, "I'll do it because it's time."
When I woke up, I often felt anxious and stuffy, so I couldn't get up very quickly.
However, I feel better when I relax my body and breathe while watching
Mr. Ashutosh's constant and energetic appearance.

Q. What type of change do you feel on the day you perform Yoga practice?
A. When you finish yoga, you will feel calm to spend the day cherishing today.
Q. What type of change do you feel in general after one month of Yoga practice?
A. Until now, I used to practice yoga when I could, not at a fixed time, but I feel that it is good for my physical and mental health to have a fixed time every day. By doing the same pattern of yoga, it became easier to notice changes in physical condition that day. I have come to want to have the morning as good as possible, and not only the morning habits but also the way I spend the night time has changed.
Q. What was your image of Yoga before and now?
A. In the past, I had to do asana to breathe, but now I feel comfortable with the flow of just breathing after moving my body easily. I learned that combining various breathing techniques makes it easier to enter a meditative state without asanas. I feel the effect and depth of yoga centered on breathing.
