Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF) successfully concluded its 15th Monthly Interactive Session on ‘Sukshma Vyayama’. The session was presented by Mr. Kirti (Coordinator, PJF) and discussion was led by Mr. Ashutosh (Chief Sewa Officer, PJF), Ms. Dhanashree sensei (Yoga Teacher, PJF) and Ms. Sara sensei (Yoga Teacher, PJF).

PJF completed 350 ‘Daily morning Pranayama special Yoga session’ on 22nd of July 2021. There were 23 sessions conducted in the month of July 2021 with total 108 Yogis and with the average of 25 daily Yogis.
Regular Yogis (Type 1 and Type 2) program was launched in the month of August 2021.
The session is conducted on weekdays from 19:00-20:00 (Japan time). Dhanashree sensei discussed in details about this program during Monthly Interactive Session.
Also, Sara Sensei won an international photo contest conducted by International Yogasana Sports Federation. This award is recognized by Government of India.
The main topic of Monthly Interactive Session was discussed by Sara sensei, Dhanashree sensei and Aman sensei. They went through different aspects of ‘Sukshma Vyayama’ in detail along with the demonstration of the Yoga poses.
The last part of the session involved questions on ‘Sukshama Vyayama’ and its benefits and other aspects of it.
Why Are Sukshma Vyayam Needed :
Instead of being stiff like a log of wood, our joints provide us with mobility by connecting two bones and allowing us to move. Our joints, however, are not simply made up of bones.
To keep our joints from deteriorating due to friction and erosion, we have tissues like cartilage and synovial fluid that help keep bones from grating against each other. When this cartilage depletes due to age, injury, or wear and tear, we begin to experience joint pain and arthritis.
Sukshma Vyayama is the system of yogic practices which loosens your joints and removes the energy blockages. This system has a strong purifying effect thus, boosting the body energy.
