October 11th, 2022 Tokyo: We had a great opportunity to meet with H E Ambassador Shri Sanjay Kumar Verma Ji at the Embassy of India, Tokyo, Japan. It was a very positive discussion about how we can promote traditional yoga in Japan to maintain a better work-life balance in Japanese society.
With the advice of H E Ambassador sir, we have registered as NPO in Japan and eagerly move forward towards meeting our goals. Due to his precious guidance, we will soon be established as a legal entity in Japan. The next assignment of Ambassador sir will be in Canada High Commission. His tenure in Japan was very fruitful for both Bharat and Japan. However, we have also witnessed the change of Japanese Emporer with a new era named Reiwa, General elections in India and Japan, COVID-19, and Mr. Shinzo Abe's demise, to name a few.
We have also celebrated 150 years of Gandhi Ji's birthday and 75 years of Indian Independence with 70 Years of India Japan Diplomatic relationship anniversary. Almost every day, our Ambassador, sir, was occupied building diplomatic relationships with some or the other Indo-Japan organizations. His passionate work and positive attitude have motivated us to move toward our next goal.
On behalf of the whole team of Patanjali Japan Foundation, we extend our best wishes towards HE Shri Sanjay Kumar Verma Ji from the bottom of our hearts for his next assignment.
Thank you and arigatou gozaimasu.
